Confidentiality
Stacey Light exercises reasonable diligence in maintaining the confidentiality of your reading and not willingly, knowingly or intentionally disclosing your identity or contents of your reading to a third party without your consent. We will never disclose nor sell your personal information, or any information related to your reading. We may reference high level themes common in clients’ readings, however, will never disclose information to assume or release identity.
HOWEVER, if we genuinely believe that disclosure is required to:
1. prevent harm to yourself or others
2. as a result of a court order or search warrant, or
3. to protect the Owner against claims or threat of claims including blackmail
Then Stacey Light reserves the right to do so to the extent needed or required by law.

Please note, ‘readings’, 'sessions', and ‘services’ mentioned are used interchangeably and are intended to cover all and any services provided by Stacey Light.
These services under Stacey Light contain the opinions and ideas of the owner. It is intended to provide helpful and informative material and discussion on the subjects addressed. The readings given are for guidance purposes only on how to cope with a situation on a spiritual level. Whatever you decide to do, including any actions, you take, with the information that the reader provides to you, is based on your own personal responsibility and choice. All readings and questions answered should not be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological, or business fact, and are subject to your own interpretation. For legal reasons, it must be advised that the readings are for entertainment purposes only. These services are not a substitute for professional services, and it is advised that you should seek advice from relevant licensed professional(s) as necessary. A reading should never be used in place of professional advice.
Stacey Light will not be held accountable for any interpretations or decisions made by recipients based on information provided during readings. Stacey Light specifically disclaims all responsibility for any liability, loss, or risk, personal or otherwise, which is incurred as a consequence, directly or indirectly, of the use and application of any of the contents of these services. All information and/or advice given to you by Stacey Light should not take the place of any medical, legal or financial advice given to you by any qualified professional. All sessions are not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian. We have the right to refuse services due to inauspicious information that do not fit the requirements for these services or if you have been blacklisted, We screen for spam and misleading private information such as email communications and instant messages. All prices are subject to change along with terms and conditions are subject to change upon necessary or legal revisions.
All sessions provided are non-refundable. Stacey Light has allotted concentrated time and energy prior to and during the sessions to provide you with services rendered. Once a session is purchased, we will contact the client via the email provided in the purchase order. We will attempt to contact the client via email up to three times to schedule a mutual time that works for both parties. Refunds will not be issued if clients do not respond to emails or do not show up for scheduled appointments, however, the client may reach out within three months of original purchase date to reschedule the session. After this time, the session will be forfeit. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the email address entered on the purchase order form is correct and to check their spam folder for emails. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect email addresses provided by the client nor if the emails are deleted or moved to a spam folder.
Please note: If you enter a session with preconceived expectations about what will be said, or attempt to influence the reading toward a desired outcome, you may be dissatisfied with the experience. We encourage you to reconsider booking if these are your intentions. Stacey Light reserves the right to immediately end any session if misleading information is provided by the client, or if inappropriate, disruptive, or unacceptable behavior occurs during or after a reading. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassment
- Threats or intimidation
- Violent or aggressive behavior
- Abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language
A zero-tolerance policy is strictly enforced for the behaviors listed above. If a session is terminated under these circumstances, no refunds will be issued. If necessary, appropriate legal authorities may be contacted.
Please arrive to your session sober and with an open mind. If you are under the influence of alcohol or mind altering illegal drugs Stacey Light reserves the right to end the session and reschedule at another time most convenient to both parties. Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances. Keep in mind, being under the influence of alcohol or mind altering illegal drugs will cloud your reading and it will likely be unclear.
Email addresses are kept confidential and never used for mailing lists, unless you formally subscribe to email notifications or newsletters, in which case your email address is used solely for this purpose. We do not sell email address lists. Additionally, if birth information is submitted for tarot or astrology orders or to verify proof of age, this information is only used for the intended purpose(s) and will be kept confidential.
By purchasing the services of Stacey Light you agree that you have read and understand that all information is subject to the service recipient’s interpretation and agree to the confidentiality, general disclaimer and terms of services.
